Customer Service Administrator- Derby
Salary: up to £16,000
Our client is looking for an independant, customer focused Administrator for an extremely busy company within the training sector, based just outside Derby Centre.
The Overall Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the internal administration processes relating to the Awarding Organisation (AO)
The Administration Officer shall:
Have experience in an administrative role in a customer service environment.
Be experienced in using databases, Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet to produce documentation and source information.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data protection.
The post holder will be required to sign an ethical statement.
In order to advise and guide centre personnel and candidates, the Administration Officer shall develop and demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of the Governance Manual, Qualification Development Manual, Qualification Delivery Manual, Quality System Procedures, assessment documentation and the rules of the assessment schemes for which the business are accredited.
