Who would be a great fit?

We’re looking for an achievement-driven professional with some great skills developed through working in the insurance industry.

As a Life Insurance Sales Consultant, you’ll want to be the best in the business. You’ll use your existing skills and passion for exceeding expectations to contribute to the business immediately.

Here are a few other things that would make you right up our street:

•Must have experience in the insurance industry

•Experience working in an FCA regulated environment (desirable)

•Knowledge of Protection insurance (desirable)

•Thrive on over achieving targets

•Excellent communication, empathy and negotiation skills

•Ability to multitask and manage your own workload

•Self-motivated, ambitious and determined

•Confident making recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures

•Strong and positive work ethic and attitude

•Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

•Ability to work well under pressure and remain effective

The role:

• You will be outbound calling warm/cold life insurance leads whilst providing a first class level of service and support at all times.

• You will develop your own pipeline, maintaining client communication and relationships whilst proactively managing outcomes and the customer experience.

• You will apply a refreshing approach to sales. You will be expected to build rapport with potential customers and demonstrate empathy when dealing with the sensitive subject of life insurance.
